Volunteer Information

Our Guidelines, Dress Code, and Volunteer Application are available for download. You can complete the attached Volunteer Application and or Youth Volunteer Permission Form on your computer and return to HOPE.

• For all applicants our Volunteer Application is required prior to volunteering.
• For Youth Volunteers (Under 18 Years old) we require our Youth Volunteer Permission Form and signed permission for prior to volunteering.
• For Volunteers Using a Professional License we require our Volunteer Application and a copy of your license prior to volunteering.
